ICE officer fatally shoots woman in Minneapolis, investigation underway
An ICE officer fatally shot a woman Wednesday morning in south Minneapolis, according to the Department of Homeland Security. The victim was a 37-year-old U.S. citizen. City leaders said the victim was a legal observer of federal actions in the city.
